Celebrating International Women's Day with NARS Cosmetics

When I turned forty, I started a compulsive search for a foundation that would cover my dark spots and skin imperfections without accentuating my expression lines. Every full-coverage foundation I found was so thick, that it would just accentuate my wrinkles.
So, after tirelessly trying many foundations on a mission that seemed pretty much impossible to me, I discovered NARS Cosmetics and from then on, an obsessive love affair with the brand started.
François Nars is the artist and photographer that launched the brand in 1994 with 12 iconic lipsticks that traveled around the world thanks to a no-rule makeup philosophy. He's also the creative mind behind revolutionary images of international fashion runways and has created a radiant and natural product line with the perfect coverage and color range.
I'm super excited to announce that to celebrate the International Women's Day on March 8th, NARS Cosmetics Boutique in Houston cordially invites me and five Yo Mariana followers to a fun makeup session at their River Oaks District Boutique.
